মাল্টিটেক পণ্য ক্রয়, রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড নীতিমালা

১. মাল্টিটেক শপ থেকে পণ্য কেনার সময়, দয়া করে পণযটি ভালোভাবে চেক করে নিন।
২. অনলাইনে অর্ডার করা ম্যানুফেকচারিং ত্রুটি থাকলে অবশ্যই ২৪ ঘন্টার মধ্যে আমাদের হটলাইনে জানাতে হবে। তবে পণ্যে স্ক্র্যাচ, দাগ বা প্যাকেট নষ্ট থাকলে তা পরিবর্তনযোগ্য হিসেবে বিবেচিত হবে না।
৩. ডেলিভারির সময় বক্স দেখে সন্দেহ হলে বা ভুল পণ্য পেলে, প্যাকেট খুলবেন না। মোড়ক খুলে ফেললে বা পণ্য ব্যবহার করলে সেটি পরিবর্তনযোগ্য বলে বিবেচিত হবে না।
নন-রিটার্নযোগ্য পণ্যঃ
যেসব পণ্য পরিবর্তনের অযোগ্য বলে বিবেচিত হবেঃ
১. পণ্যটি আমার ডিভাইসে সাপোর্ট করছে না। (পণ্যের বিবরন সাইটে দেয়া আছে)
২. আমি ভুলক্রমে পণ্যটি অর্ডার করে ফেলেছি।
রিফান্ড নীতিমালাঃ
১. বৈধ কারণে রিফান্ডের সিদ্ধান্ত হলে, রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া সম্পন্ন হতে ৩-৭ কার্যদিবস সময় লাগতে পারে। অনলাইন পেমেন্টের ক্ষেত্রে আরও বেশি সময় লাগতে পারে।
২. রিফান্ডের সময় যদি পূর্বে কোনো ক্যাশব্যাক সুবিধা গ্রহন করা হয়ে থাকে, তাহলে তার সম পরিমান টাকা কেটে রাখা হবে।
৩. মোবাইল ব্যাংকিং সার্ভিস, অনলাইন গেটওয়ে বা POS পেমেন্টের ক্ষেত্রে রিফান্ড চার্জ প্রযোজ্য।
৪. আপনি যদি কুরিয়ারের মাধ্যমে পন্য ফেরত দিয়ে রিফান্ডের আবেদন করেন, সেক্ষেত্রে আমাদের কর্তৃপক্ষ ভাঙা বা পোড়া পন্য পেলে সেই দায়ভার কাস্টমারের উপর বর্তাবে এবং রিফান্ডের অযোগ্য বলে বিবেচিত হবে।
৫. এমন ক্ষতিগ্রস্থ পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে পরবর্তীতে কোনো অভিযোগ গ্রহন করা হবে না।

Multitech Product Purchase, Return & Refund Policy
- Before purchasing a product from the Multitech shop, please check the product carefully.
- If there is any manufacturing defect in the product ordered online, you must inform our hotline within 24 hours. However, if the product has scratches, stains, or damaged packaging, it will not be considered eligible for exchange.
- If you find the packaging suspicious or receive the wrong product at the time of delivery, do not open the package. Once the package is opened or the product is used, it will no longer be eligible for exchange.
Non-Returnable Products
The following reasons will make a product ineligible for return or exchange:
- The product is not compatible with my device (Product Specifications are clearly mentioned on the site).
- I accidentally ordered the product.
- The product does not look as I expected.
Refund Policy
- If a refund is approved for a valid reason, it may take 3-7 working days to be processed. For online payments, it may take longer.
- If any cashback offer was used during the purchase, the cashback amount will be deducted from the refund.
- For payments made via the mobile banking services, the online gateways, or POS payment, a refund charge will apply.
- If you return a product via courier and apply for a refund, our authority will not be held responsible for any damaged or burnt items received. In such cases, the responsibility will lie with the customer, and the item will be considered ineligible for a refund.
- No complaints will be accepted later regarding such damaged products.
