অ্যাকাউন্ট রেজিস্ট্রেশন
- আমাদের সাইটে কেনাকাটা বা নির্দিষ্ট কিছু ফিচার ব্যবহারের জন্য আপনাকে একটি অ্যাকাউন্ট তৈরী করতে হতে পারে।

পণ্যের বিবৃতি
- মাল্টিটেক এর পণ্যমূল্য, বিবরন, যেকোনো ধরনের অফার যেকোনো সময় কোনো পূর্ব ঘোষনা ছাড়াই পরিবর্তন করার ক্ষমতা রাখে। আমরা যথাসাধ্য সঠিকতা বজায় রাখার চেষ্টা করি, তবে সব পণ্যের বিবরন, ছবি, রঙ, আকার মিলবে বলে মাল্টিটেক নিশ্চয়তা প্রদান করে না।
- ওয়েবসাইটে থাকা টাইপোগ্রাফি বা ফটোগ্রাফি ভুলের জন্য মাল্টিটেক দায়ী নয়। কিছু ছবি ডিজিটালি উন্নত বা নির্মাতা/সরবরাহকারীর কাছ থেকে নেয়া হয়েছে।
- স্টকের পরিমান পরিবর্তনশীল। একটি পন্য "ইন স্টক" দেখালেও তা বিভিন্ন কারণে আউট অব স্টক হতে পারে।
অর্ডার ও পেমেন্ট
অর্ডার করার মাধ্যমে আপনি সঠিক পেমেন্ট এবং শিপিং তথ্য প্রদান করার জন্য সম্মত হন। পন্যের মূল্য বা স্টক যেকোনো পূর্ব ঘোষনা ছাড়াই পরিবর্তন করার ক্ষমতা মাল্টিটেক ধারন করে। পন্যের মূল্য, স্টক বা অন্যান্য কারণে আমরা যেকোনো অর্ডার বাতিল বা প্রত্যাখ্যান করার অধিকার সংরক্ষন করি। অনলাইন পেমেন্ট নিরাপদভাবে বিশ্বাসযোগ্য পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ে দ্বারা প্রসেস হয়। আমরা আপনার পেমেন্ট কার্ডের কোনো তথ্য সংরক্ষন করি না।
শিপিং ও ডেলিভারি
আপনার অর্ডারের প্রোডাক্টটি যদি আমাদের স্টকে থাকে এবং আপনার পেমেন্ট সম্পন্ন হয়ে থাকে, তাহলে অর্ডারটি ৪৮-৭২ ঘন্টার মধ্যে প্রসেসিং করা হবে। আমরা পন্য সময়মতো পৌঁছানোর চেষ্টা করি, তবে কুরিয়ার সার্ভিস প্রোভাইডার বা রাস্তার কোনো অপ্রাত্যাশিত ঘটনার কারণে বিলম্বের জন্য মাল্টিটেক দায় গ্রহন করবে না। মাল্টিটেক যেকোনো পূর্ব ঘোষনা ছাড়াই আপনার অর্ডার বাতিল করার ক্ষমতা রাখে।
রিটার্ন, রিফান্ড ও বাতিলকরন
রিটার্ন এবং রিফান্ড সম্পর্কিত বিস্তারিত তথ্যের জন্য আমাদের "Return Policy" ভিজিট করুন। ভুলবশত কোনো অর্ডার প্লেস হয়ে গেলে, বাতিলের আবেদন দ্রুত করতে হবে। একবার অর্ডার প্রসেস বা শিপড হয়ে গেলে, অর্ডার বাতিল করা হবে না।
ওয়ারেন্টি দাবীর শর্তাবলী
ওয়ারেন্টি দাবীর জন্য গ্রাহককে যথাযথ প্রমান (ইনভয়েস, রসিদ) প্রদান করতে হবে। ওয়ারেন্টি সেবার জন্য গ্রাহক ফেরত শিপিং চার্জ প্রদান করবেন। মাল্টিটেক সেবা প্রদান থেকে যেকোনো ব্যক্তিকে প্রত্যাখ্যান করার অধিকার সংরক্ষন করে।

- Stock availability can fluctuate. Even if a product is shown as “In Stock,” it may become unavailable due to demand or other factors.

Orders and Payments
By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate payment and shipping information. Product prices or stock availability may change at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to cancel or reject any order due to stock, pricing, or other reasons. Online payments are securely processed through trusted third-party payment gateways. We do not store your payment card information.
Shipping and Delivery
If the product you ordered is in our stock and your payment has been completed, your order will be processed within 48-72 hours. We strive to deliver products on time; however, Multitech is not responsible for any delays caused by the courier service provider or unexpected events during transit. Ownership and risk transfer to you as soon as the product is handed over to the shipping provider. Multitech reserves the right to cancel your order at any time without prior notice.
Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Please refer to our Return Policy for detailed information on returns and refunds. Cancellation requests must be made promptly. Once orders are processed or shipped, cancellations may not be possible.
Warranty Claim Conditions
The customer needs to provide proof of purchase (invoice, money receipt) to claim a warranty. The customer will pay return shipping charges for all warranty services. Multitech reserves the right to Refuse service to anyone.
